Occupational Therapist Job Summary

SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Reliable, flexible, and creative professional with effective communication and interpersonal skills
