About the Role

The Student Experience Specialist is a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional and seamless experience for our students. This role involves working closely with students, educators, and industry professionals to ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the BrainStation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for student and educator inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their concerns and needs.
  • Collaborate with the Experience Lead to execute the best student experience for BrainStation students, alumni, and educators, aligning with our company's vision and values.
  • Track and report student data and feedback to measure program success and alumni outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee student onboarding and course preparation, ensuring a smooth handoff to educators for course delivery and a seamless learning experience.
  • Resource industry professionals as educators, guest speakers, and mentors for BrainStation bootcamps and courses, fostering strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our global Experience Team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of industry connections, expanding our reach and impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and course delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset, suggesting innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Coordinate logistics with campus operations teams to ensure the best student experience both in-person and online, addressing any logistical challenges or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to position yourself as a subject matter expert in tech, applying your knowledge to enhance the student experience and inform our company's strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer-facing roles or education.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer or client-facing role, preferably in business development, recruitment, or growth marketing.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, educators, and industry professionals.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in the technology industry, with a passion for education and professional development.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Sales tools, with experience in tracking and reporting student data and feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A dedication to providing excellent customer service, with a commitment to continuous improvement and growth.
