Fitness Industry Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness club team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality service and experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive member experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive membership growth.
- Oversee the personal training department, ensuring effective communication and coordination with staff.
- Ensure the club meets high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
- Manage labor expenses, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Current CPR certification.
