Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 0729886 BC LTD. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively communicating product benefits, features, and promotions to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies and procedures, and supporting colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
