We are seeking a skilled coach to join our innovative Leadership Development team. As a Qualified Coach, you will leverage your expertise in a thriving remote sales/marketing and client success role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will mentor and coach individuals, guiding them to achieve their goals and growth objectives.
  • You will lead generation experts, using social media and other advertising platforms to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • You will conduct structured and professional phone interviews to assess the right fit for our solutions and maintain communication with prospects via phone and email.

  • You must be a Communication Master, able to build trust and guide individuals to achieve their goals.
  • You should be a People Magnet, connecting effortlessly and forging lasting relationships.
  • You will be an Organizational Guru, juggling multiple projects with ease in a dynamic environment.
  • You must be a Quick Learner, embracing challenges and becoming a sales/marketing whiz.

What We Offer:

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience following formal education is required.
  • This is a performance-driven opportunity, affording successful candidates the flexibility to operate independently on a part-time or full-time basis.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
