Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Bistak Groceries Inc. o/a Latter House Glory Foods. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.

- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors, both in person and over the phone.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing store conditions, priorities, and deadlines.
- Organized: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Reliability: Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
