Job Description

**Business Analyst Role at CB Canada**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating, analyzing, and streamlining business requirements for complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to develop and implement business solutions that meet project goals.
  • Monitor business-as-usual activities to identify potential impacts on the business and projects.
  • Analyze processes and procedures, documenting gaps and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop process maps and user guides to support business operations.
  • Work closely with testing and client experience teams to develop test cases and validate requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to author process flows, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience working with IT teams and business stakeholders, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Project management experience.
  • Data software coding skills.
