Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager - Collection and Delivery to join our team at FEI INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our collection and delivery services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and within budget.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Authorize delivery routes and ensure that all drivers are aware of their routes and schedules.
  • Oversee the receiving, sorting, routing, and delivery of mail and packages.
  • Oversee the selection, operation, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights into our operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advise senior management on operational matters and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform operational decisions.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
