Présentation du Rôle

Motorola Solutions recherche un responsable marketing numérique expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce poste sera chargé de développer et d'implémenter des stratégies de génération de demande pour les marques DRN, MVTRAC et SCM.

Responsabilités Clés

  • Établir et entretenir des partenariats avec des associations nationales et étatiques, des médias et des experts de domaine pour élargir notre portée et notre influence
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de génération de demande pour générer des leads et augmenter la pipeline de ventes dans les canaux numériques et traditionnels
  • Créer et gérer des campagnes marketing intégrées dans divers canaux, notamment les emails, les réseaux sociaux, le marketing de contenu, les publicités ciblées, les SEO et les événements
  • Analyser et rapporter sur les performances des campagnes, fournissant des insights actionnables pour optimiser les futures initiatives
  • Améliorer les flux de marketing pour améliorer les taux de conversion et augmenter la croissance des ventes
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe des ventes pour s'aligner sur les objectifs, garantissant une exécution fluide et l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux
  • Gérer les budgets affectés de manière efficace, en veillant à ce que les ressources soient allouées de manière efficace pour maximiser l'impact

Compétences et Expériences Requises

  • Titre universitaire en marketing, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience dans les services financiers technologiques ou dans l'industrie de la récupération automobile
  • 3+ ans d'expérience en génération de demande, marketing numérique ou un rôle similaire
  • Certification Google Ads
  • Expérience avec des plateformes de marketing automatisé (par exemple, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) et des systèmes CRM (par exemple, Salesforce)
  • Compétences analytiques solides et expérience avec des outils d'analyse marketing (par exemple, Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Expérience avec des stratégies ABM (Marketing axé sur les comptes) et des outils un plus
  • Connaissances des meilleures pratiques SEO, PPC et marketing de contenu
  • Certification Google Ads, Salesforce ou plateformes similaires
  • De l'expérience de déplacement occasionnel pour des événements, des conférences ou des réunions d'équipe

Salaires et Avantages

Le salaire de base pour ce rôle est de 85 000 à 95 000 dollars par an.
