Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Strategic Policy Integration to join our team at the Assembly of First Nations. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ottawa, with a preference for a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic policy initiatives to support the Assembly's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify policy gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide policy analysis and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public policy, law, politics).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in policy development and analysis.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful policy initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
