Job Overview

Auto Realm Inc is seeking a skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our inventory management system. This role is responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the timely maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organisational goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff as required.
  • Conduct performance reviews, co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and organise and maintain inventory to meet business needs.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimise operational logistics.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They will be required to handle heavy loads and possess excellent attention to detail.
