Job Summary

The LPN will perform various medical procedures, including administering medications, drawing blood, and documenting care. This project-based position offers competitive pay, ample opportunities for advancement, and a minimum 6-month experience requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to nursing facility policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
  • Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
  • Provide information regarding patient status to physicians or other care providers.

Qualifications
--Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure.
--Active BLS/CPR Certification
--Knowledge of Med Surg required .
--Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not there)

Salary and Benefits
$45.00 per hour, with overtime pay, 10, 12, and 8-hour shifts available. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, accommodation covered, and license transfer fee reimbursement.
