We are seeking an experienced Site Development Specialist to join our team in the construction of various sites across the country.


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site development tasks are completed efficiently and safely, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting scaffolding and forms, and mixing and pouring concrete.


Responsibilities:



  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials;
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, forms, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
  • Assisting in aligning pipes during pipeline construction;
  • Assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites;
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs;
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications;
  • Paving and raking asphalt;
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings;
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials;
  • Performing routine maintenance work;
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants;
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites.
