Traffic Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team at Phoenix Traffic Control Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic management systems and providing technical advice to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit reports on traffic flow and management
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Recruit and hire staff as needed
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will also be required to handle heavy loads and have excellent attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:We are looking for a candidate who is accurate, client-focused, efficient, and has excellent oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate will also be required to be flexible, have initiative, and be able to work as part of a team.
