Order Selector

Job Summary:
At Tony's Fresh Market, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As an Outbound Order Selector, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by retrieving ordered items from our distribution center and preparing them for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve ordered items from the distribution center's picking area using an RF scanner.
- Prepare items for shipment by building and wrapping pallets.
- Ensure complete pallets are labeled correctly and placed on the correct staging location.
- Comply with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and report any violations.
- Complete tasks assigned by the RF scanner or DC Manager.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Teamwork-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use a reach/forklift and pallet jack.
- Good attendance and punctuality, with a willingness to work scheduled shifts and mandatory overtime.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a warehouse/production environment. Team Members may be exposed to work in a production setting and extreme temperatures (10 to 100 degrees) at times. Facility regularly processes known food allergens, including peanuts. Must be flexible with work schedule that supports a 24-hour production facility.
