Order Selector

At Tony's Fresh Market, we're looking for a skilled Order Selector to join our team. As an Order Selector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Retrieve ordered items from the Distribution Center's picking area and prepare them for shipment.
• Identify items using an RF scanner and ensure accurate quantities are picked.
• Build and wrap pallets safely and securely.
• Label pallets correctly and place them on the staging location.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Work Environment:
Our warehouse operates 24/7, and you may be required to work weekends and overtime. You will be exposed to a fast-paced environment with extreme temperatures at times. We process known food allergens, including peanuts, so you must be flexible and willing to work in a production setting.
