Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fielding incoming customer orders and inquiries for rental fracturing equipment and service needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate the order process and verify at completion
- Create and enter rental agreements/sales orders within appropriate warehouse for fracturing equipment and or related services
- Collect and organize required quotation and order information
- Work closely with service and shop departments to organize orders/service requirements
- Work with account receivables and administration to ensure billing of equipment and miscellaneous charges are accurate and captured
- Originate project forecasting for equipment and services
- Complete transfers as required
- In conjunction with Shipping, organize the necessary equipment and paperwork for stock shipments and receipt of goods returning to the warehouse/branch
- Maintain rental equipment status and assist with annual rental inventory count
- Participate in on call responsibilities
- Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an inside or outside sales role
- Superior written and oral communication skills with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated, good organizational abilities, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, Engineering drawings and specifications are a definite asset
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a definite asset
- Knowledge of field service operations an asset
- Knowledge of wellhead equipment, drilling and completion operations an asset
- Experience with technical/engineered products is a definite asset
