Quality Assurance Manager

Westland Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute quality standards and guidelines
  • Spearhead advancements in quality assurance
  • Support a dedicated QA team in standardizing and maturing Westland's approach to Quality Assurance of software and application testing
  • Communicate quality standards to QA team and other relevant stakeholders
  • Represent the QA practice as a project stakeholder
  • Work closely with various groups and stakeholders leading and encouraging a culture of continual quality improvement
Requirements:
  • Over 6 years of experience leading QA teams in a mature IT environment
  • Experience on large technology projects, including familiarity with common challenges, roles and responsibilities of resources, and fast-paced working environment
  • Experience testing ERP and SaaS solutions
  • Knowledgeable in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both orally, in written formats and interpersonally
