Job Description

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. You will be required to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, as well as package take-out food and receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.

Responsibilities
  • Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
  • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Package take-out food
  • Take customers' orders
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning products
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
