Fine Dining Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Tangs Food Inc. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing attentive service, and ensuring seamless table management.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and present menus, making recommendations on food and beverage options.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
• Anticipate and address guest needs, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Present bills to guests and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Foster a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, as well as menu items and daily specials.
• Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
