Job Description

At Archway Marketing Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or production environment and be proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles.

You will be responsible for ensuring all warehouse operations are performed safely and efficiently, providing support to supervisors, and assisting with coaching and training team members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assign work-direction to team members and assist with determining appropriate production methods and labor levels.
  • Work closely with supervisors, team members, and other departments to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Responsible for training and coaching employees, providing ongoing feedback and participating in performance discussions.
  • Promote Lean Methodology and assist with LEAN Manufacturing activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a year of college degree preferred.
  • Previous leadership responsibilities and experience in a warehouse or production environment.
  • Strong math, reading, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lift/move up to pounds solo and greater weights in a team-lift environment.
  • Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
