Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at Dayforce Canada Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Business Systems Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our business systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and document technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and improve productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage budgets and plan projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business systems management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems management or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cloud-based systems, HR software, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Kronos, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of human resources software, including JD Edwards and PeopleSoft.
