Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, guaranteeing presentation and quality.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
