Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fish Grader to join our team at Canada Inc. as a key member of our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our raw materials and finished products, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and grade raw materials to ensure conformance to company standards
  • Examine ingredients and finished products for quality and consistency
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications
  • Advise supervisors of any ingredient or product deficiencies
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
