Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sales Director to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Commercial Account Executives in several offices, providing leadership and oversight in connection with sales processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Commercial Account Executives, providing oversight, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to growth processes
  • Collaborate with the Leader of the Commercial Servicing Team to support client retention and deliver necessary account services
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure high-quality submissions to markets
  • Engage with clients, prospects, and insurance partners to support Account Executives in delivering exceptional service
  • Set individual goals, provide consistent performance coaching, and feedback, and identify and develop internal talent for future commercial segment roles
  • Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in Commercial Insurance Account Management and Sales experience plus minimum 3-5 years leadership experience
  • Level 3 General Insurance License
  • One of the CAIB, CIP, FCIP, and CRM designations
