About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses protect their most valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building trust through expert knowledge and advice.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of personal lines and risk management.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required, with a strong desire to continue learning and developing your skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
