Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are well-organized and running smoothly.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to meet our customers' needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure that our staff are knowledgeable about our menu, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct thorough inventory management to ensure that we have sufficient ingredients and supplies to meet our customers' needs.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that our food and service meet the expectations of our customers.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service department operates efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Develop and submit comprehensive reports, providing insights into our food service operations and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
