Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring store cleanliness, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving merchandise, processing transactions, and performing other general duties as required.
  • Maintenance and Replenishment: Ensure that merchandise is displayed according to company standards and restock shelves as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
