Bridge Yachts Ltd. is looking to add a Retail Store Sales Associate to our team. This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
- Delivering sales (including boats and outboards), outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Operating POS sales system for accurate transactions
- Following direction and maintaining personal and productivity goals
- Ensure a clean and professional-looking showroom, including effective displays, organization, and cleaning of units
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Filling orders to ensure product availability for customers. This will involve heavy lifting
- Demonstrate and assemble boats and various items
- Additional duties as assigned

**Job Requirements & Qualities**:

- 1+ year of retail experience
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and recreational products
- Boating licence
- Boating knowledge
- Strong ability to follow directions and communicate with managers
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent with opportunity to become full time.

**Salary**: $17.50-$19.50 per hour.

**Schedule**:

- To be determined
- Saturday’s 9-2
- Select Holidays

Ability to commute/relocate: Port Dover, ON N0A 1N0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
