Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at Khinda Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, from planning to execution. This includes allocating resources, coordinating with departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement construction strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or executive staff
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
