At Kognitive Sales Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Sales Representative. This exciting opportunity is in partnership with one of Canada's most trusted brands, Canadian Tire.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive base wage of $17.20 per hour, along with a performance-based commission structure that allows for increased earnings each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers have a positive experience.
  • Foster creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
  • Benchmark against similar companies, build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality while working with customer information.
Requirements
  • A strong outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  • Ability to deliver key messages confidently and effectively.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is considered an asset.
