We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our **Commercial Fuel Division**. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales - Petroleum Products, you will be instrumental in strengthening existing client relationships while driving new business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive daily within **Georgian Triangle, Bruce, Grey, and Simcoe counties** to engage with clients, Monday to Friday.
- Actively prospect and close new business opportunities for fuel and lubricant products, with a focus on high-margin accounts.
- Provide top-tier service and support to existing clients, ensuring strong, lasting relationships.
- Identify and follow up on leads and referrals promptly to grow your portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to expand our customer base while ensuring retention of existing business.
- Maintain an organized call schedule and territory plan in collaboration with company leadership.
- Demonstrate a holistic approach to sales by considering operational and managerial perspectives.
- Address client concerns with urgency, coordinating with Operations and other departments to resolve issues swiftly.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients and industry contacts, fostering business growth and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and effectively communicate changes or updates to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Embody professionalism and leadership, prioritizing customer satisfaction, sound business decisions, innovation, and a positive company image.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Log all sales activity accurately in the CRM system to ensure precise tracking and reporting.
- Submit pricing requests and follow proper procedures for setting up new accounts.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure timely follow-up on all customer accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: DCS/DEC (required)
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in sales (required)
- **Language**: English (required)
- **Licence/Certification**: Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (required)
- **Willingness to Travel**: 100% within the assigned territory, including monthly meetings in Kitchener.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Location**: On the road, with regular travel across assigned counties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
