About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant, ensuring that high standards of quality and customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision

You will supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.

Operations Management

You will establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Customer Service

You will address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Analysis

You will prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Skill Set
    • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
    • Ability to Work Under Pressure
    • Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems
    • Basic Computer Skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working approximately 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
