Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Staff Scheduling Coordinator.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained for designated units, while also providing efficient clerical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing and payroll processes utilizing ESP software.
  • Place calls to staff to cover unmet baseline requirements, short-term absences, and workload.
  • Offer additional shifts to staff in accordance with applicable collective agreements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in ESP and all other aspects relating to staffing and alerts management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school education, Manitoba standards.
  • Previous experience in staff scheduling or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a high-volume, high-traffic environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,693 - $67,172 per annum, based on experience.
