About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fibreglass Boat Assembly Repairer to join our team at MAPLE LEAF MARINAS HOLDINGS GP INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing fibreglass boats to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Repair: Assemble prefabricated parts and sections of fibreglass, metal, or other materials to form boats, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Operate Machinery: Load, feed, or place materials into machine, and operate machine to fabricate parts and products.
  • Finishing Touches: Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools, and screw, clip, glue, bond, weld, or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding conditions, and a focus on attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
