We are seeking a highly skilled Fibreglass Boat Assembly Repairer to join our team at MAPLE LEAF MARINAS HOLDINGS GP INC. as a skilled tradesperson.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Repair: Assemble prefabricated parts and sections of fibreglass, metal, or other materials to form boats, ensuring high-quality finishes and precise tolerances.
  • Material Handling: Load, feed, or place materials into machines, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Machining and Fabrication: Operate machines to fabricate parts and products, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Finishing and Quality Control: Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Assembly and Bonding: Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld, or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products, following established procedures and guidelines.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding activities, and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess the physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Personal Qualities and Experience
