About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Demostat Services. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to document important discussions and decisions.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure that they are professional and error-free.
  • Marketing Support: Work with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 30-44 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
