Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to document important discussions and decisions.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure that they are professional and error-free.
- Marketing Support: Work with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 30-44 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
