Chief Financial Officer

Ontario International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, the CFO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the airport's financial operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the airport's growth and success
  • Oversee the annual operating budget and capital budget, ensuring alignment with the airport's strategic objectives
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and internal controls to ensure financial stability and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Develop and administer the airport's financial reporting, including financial statements and continuing disclosure
  • Collaborate with the Finance, Revenue Management, and Capital Development teams to build a reliable forecast of revenue and expenses
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and Board of Commissioners
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a focus on airport finance and accounting
  • Proven track record of success in leading financial teams and developing strategic financial plans
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure required
