Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mac's Pizza Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and presentation.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure optimal food quality and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate inventory management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain a high level of food quality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
