About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Financial Consultant Trainee to join our team at Westoba Credit Union. As a Financial Consultant Trainee, you will play a key role in attracting new business and growing our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Participate in community outreach and volunteer efforts to promote Westoba Credit Union and its values.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable member experience for every customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services.
  • Minimum two years sales experience in the financial or retail industries.
  • Previous lending experience is an asset.
  • A forward-thinking and adaptable individual with a can-do attitude.
  • A high-energy individual who is not afraid to take on new challenges and grow our business.

Pay Range: $20.88 - $31.50 hourly, based on skills and experience.
