**Job Summary**

Crypto Directories is seeking a highly skilled Rust Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge distributed system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our protocols to ensure high-performance and fault tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of SUAVE and SUAPPS, leveraging your expertise in Rust and Go programming languages.
  • Design and implement high-performance, battle-tested code to optimize our protocols and ensure seamless integration with our distributed system.
  • Collaborate with top mechanism designers to innovate and develop new solutions at the nexus of incentives and distributed systems.
  • Develop clear, comprehensive technical documentation and diagrams to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Champion community engagement and strategic partnerships to drive growth and adoption of our distributed system.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in distributed systems and blockchain, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in Rust.
  • Significant open-source contributions to Ethereum or mission-driven projects, with a demonstrated ability to drive community engagement and collaboration.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance individual contributor execution with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Expertise in Ethereum clients or adjacent infrastructure, with a deep understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem.
  • Thought leadership in open-source projects or protocol specifications, with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and adoption.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Ethereum's scaling roadmap and crypto landscape, with a strong ability to analyze and adapt to changing market conditions.
