Job Title: Learning Support Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic and behavioral support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support students with special needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students with diverse learning needs
  • Assist students with behavioral challenges to develop positive coping strategies and social skills
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to ensure student progress and well-being

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Learning Support Teacher
  • Proven expertise in facilitating student-centered learning and assessment
  • Knowledge of current trends in educational research and development pertaining to special education
  • Native proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese preferred
