Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at AppleOne. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair to our clients' equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose equipment issues to determine the necessary repairs.
  • Identify and obtain required parts and equipment for repairs.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, ensuring it is returned to optimal working condition.
  • Document all work performed, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule and complete repairs, and to provide updates on repair status.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in pump repair or a related field.
  • G-licence and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with rotating equipment.
  • Ability to work with oils and maintain equipment in a clean and safe environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
