Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our technology team and drive strategic initiatives in infrastructure and operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in leading teams and implementing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans to support business objectives.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business needs and develop technology solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure effective use of technology investments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in infrastructure and operations.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and implementing technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and IT staff.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
