- Support the integration of machine learning and predictive analytics to enhance system reliability and minimize unplanned outages;
- Analyze downtime events and reliability trends, implementing preventive measures to reduce the risk of unplanned outages;
- Collaborate with commercial teams to adjust performance targets based on forecasted volumes and market conditions;
- Provide insights into the financial and operational impacts of planned outages on production and customer commitments;

- Proven experience in asset performance management, outage optimization, and system-level analysis for opportunity identification;
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively;

- Experience with data analysis, modeling, process mapping, and optimization, particularly in tools like MS Visio;
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance and machine learning applications is an asset;
- Competence in risk assessment and management, including facilitating risk analysis and decision-making discussions;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present plans and forecasts to leadership and other stakeholders;
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to various business applications;
- Willingness to travel to Pembina assets across North America.
