Manager, Fund & Fellowship

Alberta Innovates is seeking a professional to lead the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Fellowship alumni activities to support Alberta companies in scaling and growing.

This role is a critical part of the Alberta Scaleup and Growth Accelerator Program (the Scaleup GAP) team, responsible for fostering connections and collaboration among Alberta company program graduates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, health, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in entrepreneurial support, program design, management, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Alumni Network Management: Oversee and enhance the Scaleup GAP alumni network, fostering connections and collaboration among Alberta company program graduates.
  • Ecosystem Convening and Network Development: Facilitate events, workshops, and partnerships to strengthen Scaleup GAP alumni connections within the Alberta entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Scaleup GAP Team Support: Work closely with the Scaleup GAP team to provide strategic guidance and operational support.
