About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Service Technician to join our team at Trek Bicycle Canada ULC. As a key member of our service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' bikes are in top condition, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bicycles, including tune-ups, brake adjustments, and chain replacements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with bicycles, using a combination of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve service goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bicycle technology and service techniques, participating in training and development opportunities as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as bicycle repair or maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of bicycles and their components
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
