We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Lead - Fast Food Service to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Team Lead - Fast Food Service is responsible for leading a team of food service staff to achieve sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of food service staff to meet business objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the fast food industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring 30-35 hours of work per week. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle physical demands associated with the job.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $50,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
