Lead Gameplay Programmer

About this Role
At WB Games Montreal Inc, we are currently seeking a skilled Lead Gameplay Programmer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of core gameplay systems for our proprietary engine, including combat, movement, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven gameplay systems in C++
- Collaborate with design and art teams to build core gameplay experiences
- Communicate with senior leadership and other teams on the status of feature work
- Write concise documentation for code and complex systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 6+ years of professional experience in C++ and proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
