Lead Gameplay Programmer

About the Role
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled Lead Gameplay Programmer to join our team at Monolith Productions.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of core gameplay systems for our proprietary engine, working closely with our design team to bring an iconic DC Superhero to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement core gameplay systems, including combat, movement, and the Nemesis system.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of gameplay mechanics.
- Lead a team of gameplay engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other teams to ensure project success.
- Write concise documentation for complex systems.
Requirements
Experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in C++.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
